Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience performing production work in multiple functions.
• Ability to lead and mentor production associates.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and processes.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Internet.
• Good attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in planning rotations and training to Work Instructions.
• Maintain knowledge of processes, procedures, and equipment.
• Understand inventories and generate carryovers.
• Verify production documents and contain non-compliant issues.
• Keep line running and coordinate with Machine TA and QC as needed.
• Train, develop, and mentor associates; enforce PPE.
• Assist in Root Cause Analysis and countermeasure development.
• Other duties as assigned (6S, quality alerts).
