Job summary

Crescent is seeking a Line Lead in Ohio to oversee a production assembly line in a regulated manufacturing setting. You will train staff, manage daily schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met on the line.

You will coordinate with engineering and warehouse teams to resolve issues, manage inventory, and support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining Lean and 5S practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Lean manufacturing and regulatory cGMP experience are desirable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production line to meet daily demand and schedule.
• Train line staff and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Coordinate with technicians, maintenance, and supervisors to resolve issues.
• Monitor inventory consumption and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities on the line.
