Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Supervisor in Training to support Internal Supply Tacoma Plants, including Vinyl and Pultrusion operations. The program lasts 6–18 months and prepares you for future supervisory roles.

You will gain exposure to production, quality, tooling, safety, maintenance, distribution, CI, materials, and HR, with leadership opportunities across shifts. The role requires schedule flexibility to cover when supervisors are out and to support various departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts across day, swing, graveyard, weekends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership skills through coaching, mentoring, training, and team relations.
• Learn manufacturing processes and business systems in depth.
• Drive KPIs like Safety, Quality, On-Time Delivery, cost, 5S, and TPM.
• Communicate effectively with business leaders and teams.
• Apply lean tools to improve operations and efficiency.
