Job summary

Lippert Components invites an aspiring Leader in Training to join a structured program designed to grow future leaders within a manufacturing environment. Trainees gain exposure to core tools, processes and support systems essential to implementing new strategies across Lippert.

The program emphasizes learning modules in accounting, engineering, EHS, innovation, inventory control, leadership and lean manufacturing, with progression through both online and in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in a manufacturing environment, or technical or bachelor's degree in one of the following areas is preferred.
• Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial.
• Manufacturing: Business Administration, Global Business Strategy, Leadership and Supervision, LEAN Manufacturing.
• Supply Chain: Purchasing, Supply Chain Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study.

Responsibilities

• Master learning modules that build a foundation for leadership within Lippert.
• Complete online eLearning and in-person courses to supplement day-to-day learnings and interactions.
• Establish short-term and long-term program goals and expectations.
• Develop relationships with various team members and leaders.
• Learn internal systems such as Microsoft D365, Tabware, Enovia, etc.
