SPEC Building Materials Corporation is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to learn every segment of our business and culture. This hands-on program prepares you to run a future branch.

You'll rotate through Customer Service, product training, inventory, logistics, and leadership development, with the goal of stepping into a branch manager role. Candidates should have a four-year degree in Marketing or Business, two years of industry experience, strong communication, and a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree in Marketing or Business or related field
• Two years of industry (or related) experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to pass a company drug test and have a valid U.S. work authorization
• Detail-oriented and analytical with customer service focus
