Job summary

Owens Corning's Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP) prepares engineers for technical roles with leadership training across North American plants. The 24–30 month program includes rotations in Technical, TPM, and Operations, culminating in a full-time Manufacturing Engineer or Technical Leader role.

Participants gain mentorship from seasoned professionals and exposure to cross-functional assignments, with relocation assistance and post-program career paths within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as listed in selection criteria.
• Internships/co-ops in manufacturing recommended.
• Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, or student organizations.
• Willingness to relocate; relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and analyze information to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Investigate bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Use expertise to enhance processes, products and cost efficiency.
