Job summary

Owens Corning’s Manufacturing Leadership Program prepares engineers for technical roles in our US manufacturing facilities. Over 24 to 30 months, participants rotate through Technical, TPM, and Operations tracks while being mentored by seasoned professionals.

Participants gain hands-on experience, leadership training, and cross-functional exposure, with a pathway to a full-time Manufacturing Engineer or Technical Leader role at North American sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant major and/or field
Previous relevant internships/co-ops in a manufacturing setting
Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, or social organizations
Willingness and flexibility to relocate (assistance provided)

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and analyze information to solve problems to optimize process.
Investigate to resolve bottlenecks.
Use expertise to enhance manufacturing processes, products, and cost efficiency.
Working effectively and cooperating with others to improve manufacturing processes.
Developing people leadership and enhancing communication skills.
