Job summary

Owens Corning's Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP) in Irving, TX, prepares engineers for technical or engineering roles within our manufacturing facilities while accelerating leadership development. The 24–30 month program features rotations in Technical, TPM, and Operations, with a cross-functional assignment available at the end, mentored by experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and/or related major.
• Previous internships/co-ops in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, or student organizations.
• Willingness and flexibility to relocate (assistance provided).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and analyze information to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Investigate bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Apply expertise to enhance processes, products, and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with others to improve manufacturing outcomes.
