Job summary

Owens Corning invites ambitious engineers to join the Maintenance Manufacturing Leadership Program, a 24–30 month rotational experience at North American plants. You'll gain hands-on maintenance, reliability, and project leadership skills under seasoned mentors while rotating through planning, leadership, reliability, and capital projects.

Graduates with engineering backgrounds and a willingness to relocate can develop into a Maintenance Supervisor/Leader role, with opportunities across multiple

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Ceramic, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science.
• Previous internships/co-ops within a glass melting/furnace manufacturing setting
• Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, or social organizations
• Willingness and flexibility to relocate (assistance provided)

Responsibilities

• Engage in preventative maintenance programs and procedures for plant equipment.
• Investigate and resolve work in process problems.
• Maintain production equipment to meet organizational standards and minimize downtime.
• Focus on safety, automation, digitalization, strategic asset management, and data analytics.
• Develop skills in safety leadership, project engineering, reliability processes, maintenance planning, and supervisory leadership.
• Recommend and implement improvements for operations, equipment, and documentation.
• Utilize ERP systems and TPM methodologies.
