Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking participants for a 15-month Manufacturing Development Program in Carolina. You will rotate through Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments, serving as a Plant Supervisor for 6 months to gain leadership and problem-solving experience.

Relocation after the program is encouraged to broaden opportunities. The program emphasizes Lean Six Sigma training, personal growth, and alumni mentorship from Niagara leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 0 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• Minimum Qualifications: 0 Years - Experience managing people/projects
• Preferred Qualifications: 2 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• Preferred Qualifications: 2 Years - Experience managing people/projects
• Preferred Qualifications: 1 Year - internship experience

Responsibilities

• During these 15 months, focus on career development through on-the-job training and professional development
• Participation in Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt training and projects
• 6 months of experience leading a shift in a manufacturing environment
• Potential travel to other plant locations for at least 3 weeks
• Work across manufacturing functions and complete cross-departmental projects
• Present experiences and project outcomes to local and regional leadership
