Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking participants for its Manufacturing Development Program (MDP) in Lancaster. This 15‑month rotational program lets you work across plant departments—Production, Maintenance, Warehouse—and other areas such as Engineering or HR, building leadership and technical skills.

You will spend 9 months rotating through core departments and 6 months in a Plant Supervisor role, preparing you for leadership positions after graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Preferred: Engineering or Business degree.
• 0–2 years experience; internship experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Rotations through plant departments (Production, Maintenance, Warehouse) for 9 months.
• Act as Plant Supervisor for 6 months to understand leadership scope.
• Travel to other plant locations (minimum 3 weeks).
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma projects and training.
