Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking candidates for its 15-month Manufacturing Development Program (MDP) in Temple. You will rotate through plant departments such as Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse, gaining hands-on experience and participating in cost and time-saving projects.

You may act as a Plant Supervisor during the 6-month leadership rotation. Relocation after the program is emphasized to expand future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing people or projects.
• Demonstrated internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive formal skills training including Niagara culture and leadership development.
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt training and projects.
• Lead a shift for six months and engage in cross-department projects.
• Travel to other plant locations for collaboration and learning.
