Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and drive decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Process Engineering & Optimization: lead identification and elimination of losses; design and implement solutions to streamline processes and improve OEE and product quality using data analytics.
• Converting & Packaging Engineering: lead development of web-processing equipment solutions; drive packaging line optimization.
• Control Systems Engineering: lead automation, control networks, robotics; oversee site electrical systems and facilities upgrades.
• Manufacturing Project Management: lead capital projects (typically $2M+) from concept to handoff with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership & Capability Building: drive HS&E and quality standards; coach teams and promote digital solutions and robotics.
