Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead technical excellence across our US manufacturing centers and technical centers. You will guide design, automation, and process development, delivering high-impact engineering solutions while mentoring teams and ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will drive innovations in intelligent controls, robotics, and packaging processes, coordinating with cross-functional partners to translate R&D into scalable manufacturing capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed for complex systems.
Experience leading technical projects and cross-functional teams preferred.

Responsibilities
