Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 0–5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, academic projects count).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
• Strong collaboration and communication with operators to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and elimination of losses; design solutions to streamline processes.
• Drive development of web-processing and equipment solutions; champion 3D modeling and mechatronics.
• Lead automation, control networks, robotics, and industrial software solutions; manage site electrical systems and upgrades.
• Manage capital projects typically around several million dollars from concept to handoff.
• Coach teams to build capability and adopt digital solutions, robotics, and control systems.
