Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research count).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify root causes and drive data‑based decisions.
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership potential and ability to collaborate with operators to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Engineering and Optimization to reduce losses and improve OEE.
• Develop web-processing and packaging solutions; drive 3D modeling and mechatronics.
• Oversee Control Systems engineering including automation, robotics, networks and industrial software.
• Manage capital projects typically $2M+ from conception to handoff with cross‑functional teams.
• Coach teams and drive adoption of digital solutions and advanced controls.
