Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• 0–5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate throughout your career; relocation support available for qualified candidates.
• Travel availability of 10–25% as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of complex control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML solutions.
• Oversee mechanical process/equipment development, prototyping, and selection of emerging technologies.
• Translate R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes and optimize production lines.
• Drive material conversion and high-speed packaging technology development and optimization.
• Lead design/maintenance of precision instrumentation and metrology for quality control.
• Guide robotics engineering from concept to integration for manufacturing tasks.
• Support sustainable engineering solutions and site infrastructure projects.
