Job summary

Medtronic in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for the 3rd shift to lead production operations across key value streams. You will drive safety, quality, delivery and cost performance while partnering with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to solve manufacturing challenges.

The role requires a collaborative leader with a track record in value stream transformation and talent development, reporting to the Manufacturing Director. Onsite presence is required five days per week.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years.
• Prefer advanced Lean Certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic direction for Manufacturing, Engineering, OpEx and related functions.
• Drive manufacturing performance to hit production, quality and cost objectives.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high‑performing workforce.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across value streams.
