Responsibilities

• Create short-interval look-ahead production schedules and communicate events.
• Promote safety programs, lean initiatives, and HR policies across plant staff.
• Ensure SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices are followed.
• Manage resources to ensure on-time production and delivery of orders.
• Verify production data and track employee hours.
• Support startup of new processes and maintain equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement teams to optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and attendance expectations.
