Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing, production or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate, develop, and motivate a manufacturing work group to achieve required production results.
• Ensure production facilities and finished products meet quality, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Foster an environment for innovative methods and cross-boundary collaboration.
• Provide business leadership aligned with department and plant objectives daily.
• Coach and guide the team to deliver year-over-year results using continuous improvement tools.
• Act as a technical resource for system operations and product requirements.
• Facilitate information exchange between work groups and cross-functional teams.
