Job summary

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to build capability and advance continuous improvement through Medtronic Performance System. A bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations in regulated environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching and talent development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies across value streams, driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.
• Set strategic direction and daily priorities for Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, OpEx.
• Drive production performance to meet production, quality, and cost objectives.
• Prioritize production schedules based on demand, new products, equipment, and materials.
• Manage budgets and administrative processes.
• Recommend capital investments and labor requirements.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing workforce.
• Establish workforce plans and resource allocation.
