Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks an Assembly Lead to guide one or more production teams, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing tasks and adherence to policies. You will assign daily work, monitor progress, train staff, and collaborate with management to improve processes.

The role requires shop leadership experience, English proficiency, ability to read drawings, and knowledge of ISO 9001 and UL/NEC codes. ISO 9001 environment experience is preferred; candidate must be US-authorized to work.

Qualifications

• Two+ years as shop lead or equivalent manufacturing role.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to read industrial drawings and specifications.
• Experience in ISO 9001 certified environment.
• Two+ years of experience with UL and NEC codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more teams in production/manufacturing processes.
• Explain daily tasks to associates; monitor progress and compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor employees.
• Maintain workflow; monitor processes, equipment, and costs.
• Schedule and assign personnel; establish priorities; report results.
• Maintain production standards and safety; coordinate with management.
