You will mentor the production staff, optimize workflow, track performance, and ensure adherence to policies while coordinating with supervision and other departments to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in engineering or manufacturing preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of the manufacturing team to meet production schedules.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust assignments to meet goals.
• Enforce safety standards and company policies; support 5S practices.
