Fanatics is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to supervise the production team, coordinate daily activities, and ensure products meet high-quality standards. You will drive continuous improvement, enforce safety protocols, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet schedules.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities of the manufacturing team to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust assignments to meet goals.
  • Ensure processes comply with safety standards and company policies.
  • Address and resolve production-related issues to minimize downtime.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team to maintain productivity.
  • Track performance of team members and overall production line.
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new employees.
