Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles seeks a Manufacturing Lead to supervise and coordinate the manufacturing team, ensuring schedules are met and products meet the highest quality standards. You will manage day-to-day operations and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

You will train staff, maintain a safe work environment, enforce 5S, track performance, and collaborate with supervisors to optimize production flow while upholding policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred in engineering/manufacturing.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating activities of the manufacturing team to meet production goals and schedules.
• Monitor production workflows and adjust assignments to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure production processes comply with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee quality control, conduct inspections, and implement improvements.
• Promote 5S and safe work practices; support safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Maintain production reports and documentation; communicate across departments.
