Job summary

Fanatics Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to supervise the production team and coordinate daily manufacturing activities in our Sunnyvale, TX facility.

You will ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high quality standards and a safe work environment. Responsibilities include supervising staff, optimizing workflows, enforcing 5S and safety policies, and driving continuous improvement across the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor in coordinating team activities to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust assignments to meet goals.
• Ensure processes follow safety and company policies; address issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team; assign tasks by skill and need.
• Track and evaluate individual and line performance.
• Oversee quality control and implement improvements; report malfunctions and troubleshoot.
