Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree provides specialized knowledge in manufacturing processes, quality control, and technical skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred for in-depth understanding of manufacturing principles, management, and leadership; related coursework beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise a team of production workers from Leads to general labor.
• Ensure sub-department production schedules and targets are met and adjust as needed to meet demand.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures for the sub-department.

Education

Associate’s Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Related Field

Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Related Field
