Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee production operations, manage schedules, and uphold quality standards within our facility. You will lead a team, drive lean initiatives, and ensure safety compliance while coordinating with maintenance and other sub-departments to optimize workflow.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, coaching, and performance tracking to meet production targets and maintain high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in manufacturing or production environment.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Understanding of quality control procedures.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
• Project management experience and data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, and supervise a team of production workers from Leads to general labor.
• Ensure sub-department production schedules and targets are met; adjust as needed.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures.
• Enforce safety policies and coordinate training for the team.
• Identify areas for process improvement; drive lean and cost-reduction projects.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and track KPIs.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment uptime and downtime.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
