Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to supervise the production team, ensure schedules are met, and maintain high-quality standards. The role focuses on daily coordination, safety compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor staff, monitor performance, and drive operational efficiency while upholding 5S and safety policies across a on-site facility.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred in engineering/manufacturing.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate manufacturing team activities to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust assignments to meet goals.
• Ensure production processes meet safety standards and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team; assign tasks based on skills.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
