Job summary

Fanatics Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to supervise the production team, ensure schedules are met, and uphold the highest quality standards across operations. This role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and training new staff to maintain efficient workflows.

You will mentor the team, monitor performance, and coordinate with the supervisor to optimize processes, align with policy, and reduce downtime while preserving a safe, compliant manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
Strong organizational and time management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating activities of the manufacturing team to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor production schedules and adjust assignments to meet goals.
Ensure production processes follow policies and safety standards.
Address and resolve production-related issues to minimize downtime.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team.
