Job summary

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to supervise the manufacturing team and ensure production schedules are met with high quality. The role emphasizes daily operations, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor a production team, manage workflow, and coordinate with supervisors to optimize efficiency while enforcing 5S and safety standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in coordinating the activities of the manufacturing team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor production schedules and help adjust assignments as necessary to meet production goals.
• Ensure production processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
• Quickly address and resolve production-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and the needs of the production line.
• Track and evaluate the performance of individual team members and the overall production line.
• Assist in onboarding and training new employees on manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Oversee the quality of products throughout the production process to ensure they meet company standards.
• Identify inefficiencies in the production process and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
