Fanatics is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to supervise the production team, coordinate daily workflows, and ensure highest quality standards. The role drives continuous improvement, enforces safety, and coordinates training and onboarding for new staff.

You will oversee QC, maintain production records, and manage inventory to meet demand. Strong leadership, organization, and cross-functional collaboration are essential in this hands-on role at Fanatics’ manufacturing site.

Qualificações

• High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Manufacturing Supervisor to coordinate activities and ensure efficient workflow.
• Lead and motivate the production team and allocate tasks based on skill needs.
• Assist in onboarding and training new employees on processes and safety.
• Oversee product quality and implement QC procedures.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements, promoting 5S practices.
• Promote safety policies and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Maintain production reports and documentation; coordinate meetings and training.
• Help manage inventory to meet production demands and reduce waste.
