Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a manufacturing team leader to oversee 40–60 staff, ensuring safety, quality, schedule attainment, sanitation, and cost performance. You will coach teams, run meetings, and drive health, safety, and food safety training while maintaining strong employee relations.

The role emphasizes coordinating training, reducing waste, and improving line performance with Kronos and MS Office familiarity.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (technical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ yrs working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a union manufacturing environment preferred.
• Some previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment desired.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Kronos knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that employee work areas are free from hazards and coach safe behaviors.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed and products meet quality specs.
• Achieve operational efficiencies by improving line capabilities and reducing changeover times.
• Manage crewing and labor costs with accurate time and attendance reporting.
• Lead team meetings and coordinate training on health, safety and food safety.
