Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• System Imaging & Configuration: Image, configure, deploy, maintain, and repair computers and IT equipment.
• Help Desk & Ticket Management: Track, document, prioritize, and manage support requests; escalate as needed.
• User & Account Administration: Create/maintain user accounts, manage access, onboard/offboard, enforce security policies.
• Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain records of hardware, software licenses, warranties, and IT inventory.
• End-User Support & Training: Provide guidance on company apps, productivity tools, and IT procedures.
• System Maintenance: Assist with updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT leader and other departments to support operations.
