ACTIA Electronics Inc is seeking an IT Technician to set up and maintain IT hardware and software installations within the Manufacturing department. The role reports to the IT Manager and requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities include building IT infrastructure, user account management, hardware/software installation, and ongoing system monitoring. The candidate will work to secure production data, support databases, and train staff while adhering to ACTIA Group regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• Experience in IT infrastructure and end-user support.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain IT infrastructure for all areas.
• Setting up accounts for company employees.
• Install, test, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Computer deployment and support.
• Monitoring company systems for availability and performance.
• Diagnose and fix network faults.
• Come up with IT solutions to solve problems.
• Remain up to date with IT technology.
• Ability to train employees.
• Interface and share information with the ACTIA Group.
• Comply with internal and ACTIA Group regulations and safety rules.
• Cooperate with departments and personnel.
• Create and maintain operational and user documentation.
• Additional duties as required.
