Job summary

ELEVATE WINDOWS AND DOORS LLC in Grand Prairie, TX seeks an IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical assistance to employees, set up equipment, and maintain IT systems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in IT support, experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking, plus strong customer service and problem-solving skills. You will help with onboarding, device deployment, printers, and ongoing IT projects.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support, help desk, or related experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Windows operating systems experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Printers and scanners experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees.

Position SummaryThe IT Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support to employees and helping maintain the company's IT systems, devices, and infrastructure.
