Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years IT support or related role preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments preferred.
• Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day user IT support and resolve help desk requests promptly.
• Install, configure, deploy, and maintain software on company devices.
• Set up and image new desktops, laptops, and peripherals for end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support network printing, LAN/WAN connectivity, and VoIP services.
• Maintain IT inventory and document procedures and projects.
