Job summary

Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support or related technical experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, warehouse environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, hardware, Microsoft Office, and ticketing systems.
- Advanced troubleshooting across systems, apps, and networks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and site tech issues.
- Own escalated incidents through resolution with SLAs.
- Support Windows, Microsoft 365, endpoints, networking, servers, ERP systems.
- Assist with remote location support, deployments, and IT projects.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams; document solutions.
- Cross-train and mentor with potential progression into engineering roles.
