Job summary

STS Technical Services is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across office and manufacturing operations, troubleshooting end-user issues and supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments in a fast-paced production setting.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling basic Active Directory tasks, hardware deployment, and collaboration with employees across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of IT Support or related experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience supporting Windows desktop environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Respond to help desk tickets, calls, emails and walk-up requests.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 issues and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Support hardware deployment and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain Active Directory user accounts and security groups.
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base.
