Job summary

Global Power Components in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on Level 1 and Level 2 support across office and manufacturing operations. You will handle end-user issues, onboarding, and basic system administration in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–4+ years in IT support, strong Windows/M365 knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Onsite (5 days/week) with direct hire terms and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years in IT support or related roles.
• Bilingual English and Spanish for a diverse workforce.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for office and manufacturing teams.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets, calls, emails, and walk-up requests.
• Assist with onboarding, hardware setup, and asset deployment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues at user level.
• Support Workday access and AD-related tasks as needed.
• Document resolutions to improve team knowledge and efficiency.
