Qualifications

• 2–3 years of help desk or IT support experience.
• Associate’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technical support for manufacturing floor systems, office workstations, software applications, and network connectivity issues.
• Set up, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, barcode scanners, printers, and other IT equipment used in production and administrative areas.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity and networking problems, including production-related hardware.
• Monitor cyber security operations of the plant.
• Enforce security protocols to safeguard digital assets and sensitive information.
• Develop and update internal documentation for IT systems, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support the integration of new technologies and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
