Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum of three years IT infrastructure or technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to satellite locations and provide after-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for end-user devices, workstations, servers, network and telecom equipment, peripherals, and business applications.
• Diagnose issues, apply structured troubleshooting, restore service, and escalate with complete information.
• Collaborate with users, vendors, project teams, and Site IT Leader to implement scalable IT solutions.
• Support installation, configuration, integration, and lifecycle management of manufacturing apps and IT infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain applications, computers, and workstations across functions.
• Support wired/wireless network infrastructure including switches, APs, cabling, VoIP, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate incident resolution and escalate as required.
• Communicate status, risks, and impact to stakeholders early and throughout.
• Participate in service restoration and cross-functional teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements.
• Define and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and technical records.
• Promote cybersecurity and enterprise standards across site teams.
• Identify opportunities and plan short projects; coordinate vendor activities.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support.
