Qualifications

Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 suite.
Experience with Active Directory user and password management.
Strong troubleshooting and clear phone communication skills.
Ability to document fixes and update the ticket system.

Responsibilities

Escalate network and server issues to senior IT staff.
Document fixes and update the ticket system with resolution notes.
Walk users through basic software steps for email, ERP, and timekeeping systems.
Answer incoming support calls, emails, and tickets from plant and office staff.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
Reset passwords and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
Set up and image workstations for new hires and replacements.
Support shop floor devices such as scanners, label printers, and handheld terminals.
