Document fixes and update the ticket system with resolution notes.
Walk users through basic software steps for email, ERP, and timekeeping systems.
Answer incoming support calls, emails, and tickets from plant and office staff.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
Reset passwords and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
Set up and image workstations for new hires and replacements.
Support shop floor devices such as scanners, label printers, and handheld terminals.

Salary Range: $47,000 – $72,000 depending on experience

Recommended Qualifications

Ability to follow ticket workflows and document work.
High school diploma or equivalent.
to 3 years of help desk or desktop support experience.
Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
Basic Active Directory user and password management.
Strong troubleshooting and clear phone communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

CompTIA A or similar certification.
Experience supporting manufacturing or warehouse environments.
Familiarity with ERP or timekeeping systems.
Basic network troubleshooting for cabling and switches.
Experience with imaging tools and device deployment.
