Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–6 process engineers, setting objectives and coaching performance.
• Meet program timing requirements and milestones; manage costs and productivity.
• Develop and implement production processes; support PPAP and GP-12 activities.
• Interface with plant personnel and engineering teams on new programs and projects.
