Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails about products and orders.
• Prepare and send quotes to customers based on specifications.
• Follow up on open quotes to close sales.
• Process customer orders and enter them into the system.
• Coordinate with production and shipping to meet delivery dates.
• Maintain customer records and update contact information.
• Resolve customer issues and elevate when needed.
• Track sales activity and report to the sales manager.
