Job summary

ATI Materials is hiring a Human Resource Business Partner to lead HR initiatives within the Operations Team in the Greater Milwaukee Area. You will act as a trusted advisor on HR matters, shaping labor relations strategies, supporting talent acquisition, and driving engagement across the stakeholder group.

The role requires 3+ years as an HRBP in manufacturing or 5+ years in non-manufacturing, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience working in a HR Business Partner capacity in manufacturing setting or 5+ years' in a non-manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
• Develop and execute labor relations strategies within your stakeholder group.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues within your stakeholder group.
• Support talent acquisition processes and assist hiring managers.
• Support talent management efforts aligned with organizational goals.
• Track HR metrics to drive progress and accountability.
