Job summary

ATI in Brackenridge, PA is seeking an Human Resource Business Partner to support SRP and report to the Director of HR for SRP. You will partner with leaders across Quality, Technical & Finance and drive labor relations initiatives aligned with the collective bargaining agreement.

The ideal candidate has HRBP experience, labor relations expertise, and the ability to influence across functions while protecting workplace integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Three years' experience operating as an HR Business Partner or in Labor Relations.
• Juris Doctor in lieu of HRBP or Labor Experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with functional leaders and union leadership.
• Manage employee and labor relations issues (investigations, discipline, etc.).
• Support workforce planning and talent management processes.
• Collaborate with payroll, safety and legal counsel to ensure contract compliance.
• Lead interview and selection processes for open positions.
• Use HR data analytics to advise management on strategic areas.
