Job summary

ATI is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner for our SRP operations, primarily supporting the Quality, Technical & Finance groups and engaging with the business unit in Brackenridge, PA with some travel to other PA plants.

As an HRBP, you will lead labor relations, performance management, investigations, and disciplinary actions, partnering with leaders and union teams to implement strategies and ensure adherence to the collective bargaining agreement, payroll, safety, and HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in HR, business, or related field.
• Three years' experience as HR Business Partner or in Labor Relations.
• JD may substitute for HR/Labor experience.

Responsibilities

• Own HR and labor relations issues and advise leaders.
• Develop relationships with functional leaders and union leadership.
• Manage performance, investigations, discipline, and terminations.
• Support talent management, compensation, and training.
• Use HR data analytics for workforce planning.
• Help communicate strategy and engage workforce.
• Handle internal bidding/bumping process and NLRA matters.
