Job summary

ATI Materials is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR initiatives within the Operations Team in the Greater Milwaukee Area. You will serve as a trusted advisor on HR matters, focusing on labor relations, talent acquisition, compensation, and engagement to foster a productive work environment.

The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, development and execution of HR strategies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience as HR Business Partner in a manufacturing setting, or 5+ years in a non-manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
• Assist in developing, communicating, and executing comprehensive strategies to manage labor relations within your operations stakeholder group.
• Investigating and resolving employee relations issues within your operations stakeholder group.
• Support and consult on the talent acquisition process, supporting hiring managers and the talent acquisition group to fill open positions within your stakeholder group.
• Support and execute talent management efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and goals.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring metrics to track progress and drive accountability for achieving HR goals.
• Work with a team of HR business partners, working collaboratively to achieve organizational goals
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support HR initiatives and organizational objectives.
